On Saturday, June 5, 2021 between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. MT, Xactware will be performing a scheduled data center migration. During this migration, Xactimate online, XactContents online, and backend services for Xactimate desktop and mobile will be migrated from our Western Data Center in Utah to Amazon’s AWS environment managed by Xactware. Xactware IT Teams will be performing the validation after the migration. Customer validation is not required. During this maintenance Xactware applications and services will be unavailable.
The non-production test and beta environments for these applications were migrated in the beginning of February 2021. We strongly encourage you to test your connections using the beta environments before this maintenance event.
