XactAnalysis Database Migration

As part of our ongoing efforts to modernize our applications and enhance the customer experience, we will be migrating the backend database for XactAnalysis to a more resilient database option within AWS.

The migration is targeted for between 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2nd and 5:00 a.m. Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 MT.

During the migration XactAnalysis applications and services will be unavailable. Also, at times you might experience intermittent connection issues with other Property Estimating Solutions applications.

The XactAnalysis non-production test and beta environments will be migrated to the new database infrastructure on March 13th, 2026. We strongly encourage you to test your beta connections after this migration and prior to the production migration on May 2nd.
